1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to Sydney metro and surrounding suburbs. If you are unsure whether we service your location, please contact us before placing your order.

2. Delivery Timeframes

• Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days

• Express Delivery: 1–2 business days (extra charges apply)

• Same-Day Delivery: Available for select Sydney areas if the order is placed before 10:00 AM (fees apply)

🚚 Note: Delivery times may vary due to weather, high demand, or unforeseen delays.

3. Delivery Fees

• Standard Delivery: $16 (Metro)

• Rural Delivery: Please contact us for a quote

• Express Delivery: $30

• Same-Day Delivery: $30 (Subject to availability)

• Free Delivery: Available for orders within 10km radius of Guildford NSW 2161

4. Delivery Process

• We deliver Monday–Saturday (excluding public holidays).

• A tracking link (if applicable) or confirmation will be provided once your order is dispatched.

• If no one is available at the delivery address, our courier may leave the package in a safe location or attempt redelivery (fees may apply).

5. Pickup Option

Customers may choose to pick up orders from our Sydney location. Pickup is by appointment only. Contact us to arrange a suitable time.

6. Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct before confirming your order.

• If an incorrect address is provided, redelivery charges will apply.

• Custom Made Moments is not responsible for delays due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.

7. Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and details. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
